What you do
GWCRM-EmB (25%) and Regional (75%)
- Contribute to the Bank of the Future build for digital credit capabilities for Group and Region.
- Support oversight and alignment of Subsidiary CRM-EmB to GWCRM-EmB while considering local regulations and nuance, in areas of:
- Portfolio Analytics
- Reporting Framework and Data Elements
- Reporting Structures / Format
- Credit Risk Monitoring Tools
- Provide guidance and support to the Subsidiary CRM-EmB on the regional business initiatives, e.g. SME Credit Platform, Credit Decision Management System (CDMS) and LUMOS
- Identify the common pitfalls / challenges and good practices and adopt across the Group, where applicable
- Pivot on built / implemented models and scale across the Group, where applicable
- Support the Team Lead, Credit Risk in the rollout of Credit Risk Strategies in LUMOS, CDMS and SME credit platform
- Work closely with stakeholders e.g. RPM to establish new data, data field alignment and data quality.
