Who you are
- Experienced and passionate in some of the following areas: Change Management, Change Agility, HR Strategy, HR Operating Model, HR Transformation, Employee Experience and Digital HR
- Have a proven track record in at least two of the following domains: Change Management, Operating Model and Project Management
- Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges
- Effective communicator, courage to drive for results and empathy to employees
- Ability to work effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- High attention to details, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment
- Consulting experience in delivery of strategy and transformation programs in a large organisation using agile methodologies is preferred
