Job responsibilities
- Supporting the Bank’s business for designated markets to achieve set objectives in terms of growing the client base and achieving NNM/ revenue targets
- Improving the client experience at all touch points including (a) print or online collateral (b) video production and (c) Client engagement online and offline events
- Providing a holistic brand experience
- Maintaining consistency in the key messages promoting the Bank’s unique value proposition, its brand values and brand personality
- Building public awareness, positive brand perception and preference in the minds of our key stakeholders, especially our selected target segments
- Developing strategies and tactics to promote the Bank and drive qualified prospects to our events for bankers’ follow-up
- Deploying successful marketing initiatives and owning their implementation from ideation & conceptualization to execution
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Main Duties
- Conceptualize and curate programme content and drive end-to-end events for designated markets
- Internal & external communications support such as event invitations, speeches, presentations, pre/post event write-ups, post event surveys, video production, social media creation etc.
- Internal events: Occasional/ad-hoc event support and social media content creation
- External events: Full responsibility for crafting event related content, speeches, presentations, pre/post event write-ups, event survey and tracking event success etc.
- Responsible for and manage the marketing budget for designated markets, with optimised allocation of marketing funds.
- Measure and report ROI, gain insights and assess results against goals.
- Responsible for building strategic partnerships with external ecosystem partners to support Bank’s business growth.
